Accepting our offer for guest accommodation means that you have entered into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below:
It is our policy to take a deposit equivalent to the total cost of the first night stay (or payment in advance for a 1 night stay). This deposit is non-refundable within 7 days prior to check-in. The balance is payable on arrival.
In the event of a ‘no show’, same day cancellation or curtailment of stay the full cost of the stay will be chargeable. We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellation or curtailment of stay.
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 48 hours before arrival.
Booking can be done online, via email or over the phone.
The full payment is due on the day of your arrival and can be paid by debit/credit card or in cash. We do not accept cheques.
In the unusual situation where we need to cancel a booking, we contact guests as soon as possible giving you as much notice as we can. Payments already received will be fully refunded.
The number of persons staying must not exceed the stated number booked and children must be included in the stated number of persons booked.
Please take care with our accommodation, we take great pride in providing excellent facilities and high levels of cleanliness. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur.
Upon booking with us you authorise us to charge you any costs we incur if you cause damage in our hotel including costs for specialist cleaning, repair and renewal, the cost of the room for any time period it is unusable and any other inconvenience caused. A nominal charge of £40 will be levied for replacement room keys should the need arise.We reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund and reserve the right to require you to leave the hotel immediately.
We will strive to recycle at the Norlands and reduce waste wherever possible.
We are 100% NON SMOKING (including e-cigarettes). Anyone found smoking on the premises will be asked to leave and charged £50.00 for the extra cleaning of the room.
Stag and Hen Dos: We regret that we do NOT take stag or hen parties.
Your accommodation is available to you from 2:00pm.
Please vacate your room by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Families arriving with children under 3 will NOT be checked in
